Freminder Privacy Policy
What the Freminder app collects, why, and how to delete it.
Freminder is a shared family reminders app made by Frase Analytics LLC, a Tennessee company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app collects, why, who we share it with, and how you can delete it.
Information we collect
We collect only what the app needs to work.

We do not collect your location, advertising identifiers, or browsing activity. We do not use analytics or ad tracking.
How we use it and who processes it
We use your information to run the app: store and sync your tasks, remind you when they're due, share them with your family, understand voice requests, and fix bugs you report.
These services process data on our behalf:
- Google Firebase stores your account and app data and handles sign-in. Firebase privacy
- Anthropic (Claude) receives the text of voice requests to turn them into tasks or answers. Your recording itself is not sent, only the text. Anthropic privacy
- Apple converts your speech to text using iOS speech recognition, under Apple's privacy terms. Apple privacy
Reminders are scheduled on your phone as notifications; their content stays on your device.
Sharing
When you create or join a family, your tasks and areas are visible to and editable by the other members of that family, and they can see your name and email. Tasks you had before joining are shared with the family when you join.
We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or give it to anyone else except the service providers above, or when required by law.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data while your account exists.
- Delete your account: in the app, go to Settings, then Delete Account. This permanently deletes your login and your personal tasks and areas right away. If you are the only member of your family, the family and its tasks are deleted too.
- If others remain in your family: tasks you shared stay with the family, since they belong to the group. Ask a family member to delete them, or email us.
- Leave a family: Settings, then Family Setup, then Leave Family. Shared tasks stay with the family.
- Bug reports are kept until the issue is resolved, then deleted within 12 months.
You can also email admin@fraseanalytics.com to request a copy or deletion of your data. We respond within 30 days.
Security, children, and changes
- Security: data is encrypted in transit and stored with Google Firebase. Access is limited to you and your family members. An AI key you enter for voice features is stored only in your phone's Keychain.
- Children: Freminder is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. A parent can manage a child's tasks within a family. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, email us and we'll delete it.
- Changes: if we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above and tell you in the app for significant changes.
